Full day of rafting on the Pacuare River, navigating rapids, canyons, and areas of rainforest. The activity includes transportation, complete safety equipment, specialized guides, and a stop for lunch. It is suitable for participants with normal physical condition, even if they have no previous rafting experience.
Cancellation Conditions
- The customer may cancel their reservation with a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to the start date of the activity, and a 100% refund of the amount paid will be processed. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will not be entitled to any refund.
- Once the reservation is confirmed, the amount paid will not be refunded under any circumstances, regardless of the date on which the cancellation is requested.

Purchase Policy
Booking and payment: full payment is required to confirm the booking. Once confirmed, you will receive a voucher with the date, time, and meeting point.
Requirements: the minimum age is 14 years. You must be able to swim and have adequate physical condition. Minors must participate accompanied by an adult.
Punctuality: you must arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes before the start. Late arrival or no-show will result in the loss of the booking without a refund.
Cancellations: you can cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before the activity. After that period, no refunds will be made.
Date changes: one change is allowed free of charge up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Cancellation for safety: if the operator cancels due to weather conditions or the state of the river, you can choose to change the date or receive a full refund.
Safety during the activity: it is mandatory to use the provided equipment and follow the guide's instructions. Participation under the influence of alcohol or other substances will not be allowed.
